Personal data policy

Desstec processes personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations. The Spanish version of this policy is the legally binding one.

What we collect and why

Through the "Tell us your case" form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you are interested in and the description of your need. We use them only to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and keep an internal record of requests. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct or delete your data, or revoke your authorization, by emailing info@desstec.com. You may also file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
